From time to time, when we update our iPhone apps, you may need to replace the plug-in located in the Extensions folder in the directory where you installed The Desktop Dispatcher. Usually it's located in c:/Program Files/Custom Desktop Solutions/The Desktop Dispatcher.

If you are having a problem syncing after updating your iPhone app, try renaming your existing plug-in (plug-in old) and installing this one in it's place.

From time to time, we update the user interface portion of the program.

Find and rename your existing file "The Desktop Dispatcher.ddd" It should be located in your programs files folder c:/.....Program Files/Custom Desktop Solutions/The Desktop Dispatcher/The Desktop Dispatcher.ddd. Just rename it to "The Desktop Dispatcher Old.ddd". Download and install the new file and place it in the same location as your old file. Restart the program and you should be all set. If you run into problems, you can always undo these changes and go back to using your old file.
